✡ Hi Dad,
Sorry for not writing sooner but it has been a busy week, family issues and life. Anyway G-Mom says you got my photos after my SPA day Saturday. Wow, personal maintenance was never so much fun. I think G-Mom scared them so they gave me lots of extra attention. The old scam works every time! I sat on one girl’s lap while the other used the blow dryer. They gave me an “approved” green treat after each segment of my body was brushed. You should have seen all my fur. It filled a trash bag. Beats it being all over G-Mom’s house and hearing her complain about it. I got to go to Dunkin Doughnuts with out Slobbie and Cart and they gave me a special treat. Everyone, and I mean everyone, stops to tell me how beautiful I am. People just stop the car when I am out front to comment on my beauty. So Saturday was a great day, then came Sunday. You probably know that I had a medical exam and passed, with nice comments from the vet. He read my entire medical file. It is like reading a short novel and I just wanted to get out of there! Of course he had to ask G-Mom questions and you know how she goes on and on describing things. Then they tricked me and gave me shots and took some blood. I did get a beautiful doggie bandage that G-Mom took off on Sunday. Boy was I mad, because I thought it was so cute!
The best part of all this was pissing off Slobbie, who thinks she is so great. First of all I am smarter and certainly more beautiful. That old cow has G-Mom fooled! Everyday at 4:15 when G-Mom comes home Slobbie goes running through the house and everyday G-Mom yells “ruggsies” and everyday Slobbie kicks up the rugs. Well finally I got recognition from G-Mom because I did not kick up the rugs and she gave me a bone. Slobbie started barking which is what she does when she wants attention. G-Mom told her to be quiet, for a change. She should tell her more often! Slobbie gets away with a lot because she is spoiled, but G-Mom lets Cart sit on her lap first and I get the space under the chair. All day long when G-Mom is a work, Slobbie babbles on and on about how she was an only dog , then how her life changed. She really holds a grudge. We just ignore her, which makes her even madder!
So Dad hope you are having a great week. Do not forget Katie birthday. I miss her and Blue. I appreciate Blue so much more now that I have lived with Slobbie. Blue is just so big and goofy while Slobbie is fat and mean!
