Hi Ellie,
What’s waggin?
Well Cart and I miss you. I am writing because Cart still has educational delays that Mom has not corrected. I am the only one with the formal training to write to you. Any way, nothing too new here. We did get back our marrow bones after you left…don’t think you were even out of the driveway when we got them. Your Dad’s friend Josh is nice. He seems too like dogs. Everyone favors Cart. I am used to it. We are getting groomed in two weeks. I can’t stand this long hair when I have to do my sprint walk each night. It is much too hot and besides Cart can’t see because her hair gets so curly. Then I have to keep her eyes clean and that is such a pain.
I hear that you are in Doggie Day Care. As you know, we cannot afford to have both of us go and Mom will not just send me. I think that is outright discrimination but what can you do? Every time I say something about it, I hear about how Nathan and Adam had to be able to both do the same things or neither one could do it. I am tired of hearing that lecture so I am resigned to no doggie day care for us. If I were an only dog like you are, I bet I could go! So this weekend is a holiday and Mom will be home. She is home at night more now because teaching is winding down for the summer. So the walks are getting longer…just what I need. I guess we will be outside more this weekend.
Do you like your new condo? How do you like the air inside? I saw the photo of you on the floor. You looked happy. I hear you also got a new dog bed. I will get mine washed when I get groomed. So that is pretty much it. Harlow and Mrs. “B” also say ‘Hi”
Mom has kept us on the same schedule because she says you will be coming back for the winter and she knows how much I hate change. We miss you and love you.
