Hair Today…Gone Tomorrow

…..Okay Dad……..G_Mom left the computer on again and I read your reply to my note about Halloween. We all know that G_Mom is a bit eccentric but sugar and too many milk products are not good for you! Remember Dad that you can be very hyper. I notice however that she does buy Peanut Butter cups for you when you come to visit and you always tell her to move them off the counter so I do not get into them! You restrict what I eat!!!!!!! Must be a parent thing…….

I forgot to tell you that I had PM (personal maintenance) last Sunday and G_Mom got a trash bag full of hair off me. She brushed and brushed and brushed for one half hour and all I got for being good was a lousy small dog bone. She explained that my co-operation in this circumstance is expected. It is either that or have her pull out that freaky freaky vacuum every single morning. However I did, again, refuse the tooth brushing thing. There is just a limit to my patience with this woman. I am 11 years old and have gotten this far without having to have my teeth brushed every single Sunday. There are just some compromises that I refuse to make. So I am sure she will be complaining to you about my behavior. Also I absolutely refuse to go to the bathroom in the grass. That is just so uncivilized. These people/dogs just do not know what to do with concrete! Every morning I get yelled at….it is always the same lecture…because I do the same thing. I have however, with Slobbie’s continued help, acquired a delight in chasing squirrels. Of course G_Mom disapproves but it is just so much fun, so we wait until she is not paying attention. Slobbie is pretty good at being “bad” when G_Mom is not looking and she rarely gets caught. Another thing we do is take the flowers off of the flowering Hibiscus Tree in the living room. We can throw them to each other. You should see them Dad! They are these huge orange things that we promptly chew apart. What we have figured out is that one of us can keep a lookout in the kitchen for G-Mom while the other two play with the flowers in the living room. We take turns and boy is it fun. Slobbie did try to trick me. She told me to hide some. But she was hoping I would show her where I have hidden my marrow bones and I won’t…OOOPS got to go Dad, I hear a car door. Must be G_Mom…

Miss you and love you,
Ellie
