I just had to write about this because my review on Expedia was rejected. Please be careful before you book into this hotel. The El Conquistador Resort – Waldorf Astoria is the farthest things from luxury, glamor or relaxation.

The purpose of this post is to give a very short template of what each project should do to work in the Agile framework and with Rally (our project mgmt tool). Now that a lot of you have had some exposure to Rally and Agile this seems like a logical next step.
To start: a couple background items to help this make sense. There is the famous Agile question: “Wen you are making breakfast, who has more invested? The pig or the chicken?”

I am listening to NPR yesterday as normal and this snippet came up : Agatha Christie And Nuns Tell A Tale Of Alzheimers : NPR.
